Hi, I am Vicky, a holistic practitioner based in Northamptonshire. With over 20 years of experience in safeguarding, mental health and supporting people in various settings, I’ve worked alongside people navigating some of life’s most difficult paths.
After experiencing burnout in 2018, a powerful encounter with a smoky quartz crystal sparked a personal healing journey—one that led me to energy work, spirituality, and holistic therapy.
I offer Crystal Healing, Reiki, Forest therapy and Spiritual life Coaching. I also draw on my foundations in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and counselling skills, to create bespoke healing experiences. I aim to empower you to reconnect, rebuild, and rediscover peace. My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and grounded in the belief that each soul is on a sacred journey. I believe we all carry the strength to take the next step with trust and hope. Healing and/or self-discovery aren't reasons to pause and retreat-they're about embracing the experience and living more fully in the present moment.

Reiki Healing
Reiki is a gentle, sacred energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy to support balance, healing, and spiritual alignment. Rooted in the understanding that we are more than just physical beings, Reiki works on the energetic level—clearing blockages, soothing emotional pain, and reconnecting us with our inner light. As a practitioner I act as a channel to allow Reiki energy to flow where it’s needed most—restoring harmony, calming the nervous system, and awakening the body’s natural ability to heal.
Crystal Healing
Crystal healing is a practice that uses the natural energy of crystals to restore balance, raise your vibration, and support emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Each crystal carries unique frequencies that align with the body’s energy, helping you reconnect with your true essence and the wisdom of the Universe.

Spiritual life coaching is a heart-led journey that helps you ‘space clear’ and guides you back to your true self. Rooted in intuition, universal wisdom, and soul connection, it helps you uncover your purpose, release limiting beliefs, and align with the life you’re meant to live. Through gentle guidance, deep reflection, and support, you’ll learn to trust yourself and create a life filled with meaning, peace, and inner power.
Forest Meditation
Forest Meditation is a guided practice that supports you in finding inner calm and peace through gentle connection with the natural world. After a gentle stroll into the woodland, I will support you through guided meditation to help you ground, breathe, and open to the healing presence of nature—awakening stillness, clarity, and renewal from within.
Forest Therapy
Forest Therapy is a mindful, nature-based practice inspired by Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing). As your forest guide, I will encourage you to slow down and engage all five senses—walking gently, sitting in stillness, and connecting deeply with the natural world to reduce stress and restore inner calm.
